Good results
This plant is an important part of Mo Industrial Park. Here, infrastructure is shared with other companies. Employment in the municipality has been weak for many years, but FESIL has been able to create many jobs, directly and indirectly, in this region. The 99 employees carry on the proud traditions of this steel mill town, with good and profitable operation of its two furnaces. With good future power contracts, Rana Metall can continue its success way into the future.
The plant is today producing only special qualities; granulated ferrosilicon mainly for the stainless steel industry, low aluminium/ carbon grades as well as high purity ferrosilicon for special steel products.
